With a lot of us at home at the moment, it is really important that we take time during the day to be more aware of our surroundings and how we are feeling. Take time to look and listen especially if you are outside. What can you see? What can you hear? What can you smell? It's about taking time to appreciate some of the things that we are normally too busy to notice.
