With SATs just around the corner, we are working vigorously to ensure that your children achieve the highest possible results in May.
The children are getting lots of SATs practise, extra tuition, challenging work. On the home front, here is how you can help:
· Make sure your child is tucked up in bed and asleep at a suitable time each night. 9pm is the latest they should be going to bed but preferably, the earlier the better. Please limit the use of phones, games consoles and television just before bed time also.
· A healthy breakfast is a great way to start the day. After all, a car with no petrol can't get very far.
· 'Having a cold' is not a good reason to be absent. It is better that you send your child in and, if they are really ill, we send them home again. A sickness bug is a different story
