Ruby Class' food bank work

We have been learning about the work of Luton Foodbank. We wrote speeches to convince other classes about donating food. On Wednesday, Ruby Class walked to Luton Foodbank as we are doing our class assembly all about them. We met Paul and he showed us around. He explained that food is sorted into parcels to be given to people who need it. The Foodbank creates adult and childrens parcels. Last year, Luton Foodbank gave out over 8000 food parcels to people who were struggling.

Come to our class assembly on Friday 5th October to find out even more!
